It is highly recommended to check the application processing time through IRCC website : https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-processing-times.html.

How long a visitor may stay in Canada depends on the immigration officer processing their entry. When applying for a tourist visa (also referred to as a visitor visa), you will be asked for details regarding dates of travel and length of stay; should your application be successful, you will receive a record stating when you must exit Canada.

As a general guideline, visitors to Canada are typically allowed to stay for six months at a time; however, the immigration officer who processes your entry will determine this based on various factors including your purpose for visiting, your ties back home country and any additional criteria. Some visitors may even be granted shorter stays or an extension during their time here.
