Proudly Offering Express Entry Immigration Consulting Services in Vancouver BC
We’re an RCIC-led Express Entry team helping skilled workers across Vancouver BC, build, file, and land permanent residency from our Coquitlam office. Express Entry isn’t a form you fill out once. It’s a points game where a few missed details can drop your CRS score by 50 points and push your draw out another six months.
Our team handles every step from eligibility review to final submission, working within IRCC’s framework and CICC’s professional standards. But there’s one detail most applicants overlook, and it’s usually what costs them the invitation.
RCIC-Led Express Entry Guidance for Vancouver Skilled Workers
We help skilled workers across Vancouver and Metro Vancouver build profiles that actually score competitively in IRCC draws. From your first eligibility check through to the final PR application, we handle every step so you don’t second-guess the system. Whether you’re applying through the Federal Skilled Worker stream, Canadian Experience Class, or Federal Skilled Trades, our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant reviews your file end-to-end, from assessing your eligibility and optimizing your score to handling the final submission.

CRS Score Strategy, Real Results
Your Express Entry profile only works if your Comprehensive Ranking System score actually clears the cut-off, and that’s where our review makes the difference. We go through every points category: language test results, Educational Credential Assessment, work experience, and spousal factors, catching the gaps most applicants miss on their own. Whether it’s retaking IELTS or CELPIP for a higher CLB band, adjusting your NOC code, or pursuing a BC Provincial Nomination for the 600-point boost, we map out a real plan to lift your score before you sit in the pool.
In-House Eligibility, Profile, and Submission
We keep the entire process in-house. That’s how we move Vancouver clients through Express Entry on time without the usual handoff delays. Our consultant and case management team work side by side, so your file moves smoothly from the first assessment to the final IRCC submission.
- Everything under one roof, so your file moves from eligibility check to final submission without a single document slipping through the cracks.
- Quick turnaround on document review: we accommodate updates while still protecting your draw timeline.
- Flexible consultation scheduling: evenings and weekends available, because most of our clients are working full-time.
- End-to-end attention to detail: every form, every reference letter, every translation matters, and we treat it that way.
We don’t just file your Express Entry profile; we work with clients right across Vancouver, supporting applicants in Downtown Vancouver, Yaletown, Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant, and East Vancouver. We schedule consultations around your work hours so there’s no scrambling between shifts, and you get straight answers, accurate filings, and a consultant who knows the Canadian immigration system inside out.

Frequently Asked Questions
How Long Does Express Entry Actually Take From Profile to PR?
Once you receive an Invitation to Apply, IRCC’s service standard is six months to process the PR application. Add to that the time spent in the pool waiting for your CRS score to clear a draw, which can be anywhere from a few weeks to over a year, depending on your score and the program. We’ll give you a realistic timeline based on your actual profile, not a generic estimate.
Do I Really Need an RCIC, or Can I Apply for Express Entry Myself?
You’re allowed to file Express Entry on your own, as the IRCC’s portal is built for self-represented applicants. That said, mistakes in NOC selection, language test timing, or document translations are the most common reasons profiles are rejected or scored lower than they should be. An RCIC in good standing with CICC is one of only three types of paid representatives IRCC recognizes, alongside lawyers and Quebec notaries, and we focus 100% on Canadian immigration. We help you avoid the mistakes that cost real points.
What’s the Minimum CRS Score to Get an ITA Right Now?
CRS cut-off scores shift every draw and depend on which program IRCC is targeting. Category-based draws (healthcare, STEM, trades, French speakers) often have lower cut-offs than general draws. We track every recent draw and can tell you where your score stands relative to current trends, and what realistic options exist if you need to climb higher.
Can a Provincial Nomination Really Add 600 Points to My Score?
Yes, a Provincial Nominee Program nomination linked to Express Entry adds 600 CRS points to your profile, which essentially guarantees an ITA in the next relevant draw. The catch is that PNP streams have their own eligibility criteria, application processes, and timelines on top of Express Entry itself. We’ll review whether BC PNP or another province’s stream actually fits your background before we recommend it.
What Happens if My Express Entry Profile Expires Before I Get an ITA?
Express Entry profiles are valid for 12 months. If you don’t receive an ITA in that window, the profile expires, and you’ll need to create a new one, usually with updated language test results, a refreshed ECA, and current proof of funds. Rather than letting the clock run out, we typically reassess your profile partway through to work out whether to refresh, switch streams, or pursue a PNP route to boost your score.
