At StayinCanada.com, we understand that sometimes plans change. We strive to accommodate our clients’ needs and provide flexibility in scheduling appointments. However, we also need to ensure that our staff’s time is used effectively, and our business runs smoothly.

  • Appointment Reschedule Policy:
    If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer service team at info@stayincanada.com. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling appointments. If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, we may not be able to reschedule your appointment, and you may be charged a rescheduling fee.
  • Appointment No Show Policy :
    At StayinCanada.com, we understand that your time is valuable, and we respect your time by being prompt and prepared for your appointments. We expect the same courtesy from our clients. We have established the following no-show policy to ensure fairness to all our clients.
    1) If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us in advance, we reserve the right to charge the full appointment fee.
    2) If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without notifying us in advance, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and you may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
  • Appointment Cancellation Policy:
    If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer service team at info@stayincanada.com. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
  • Refund Policy:
    We do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments. However, if you have paid for services that have not been rendered, we may be able to offer a refund at our discretion. Refunds will be processed within 10 – 20 business days of the cancellation.
  • Exceptions:
    We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or cancel your appointment without any penalty. Additionally, if we need to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our reschedule and cancellation policy and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. StayinCanada.com reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and any changes will be posted on our website.
